Exchange Policy 

Dermincare has a 24 hour goodwill exchange policy, provided the item is returned to us in time:

  • Is in its original packaging.
  • The seal of each product is intact.
  • The packaging of the product has not been tampered with.
HOW YOU CAN EXCHANGE AN ITEM
  1. Email us at [email protected] and request an exchange.
  2. Log in the reason for exchanging the item within 24 hours of order placement/delivery. Make sure to add your order number and the name of the items being exchanged, in the email.
  3. We will send you an exchange request form with the necessary details.
  4. Send the item back to us in its original packaging and seal intact.
  5. We will send your chosen replacement item in exchange to your address
  6. You will need to pay any applicable shipping charges for the re-shipment.

Return Policy

Dermincare will fully refund or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty or damaged.

  • Products must be unopened and in the original condition.
  • Products must be sent back within 7 days from original receipt of goods.
  • Your proof of purchase / order information must also be included in the return.
HOW YOU CAN RETURN AN ITEM
  1. Take a picture of the item/items that are damaged or faulty and need to be returned
  2. Email us at [email protected] to request a return, attach pictures of the product as well.
  3. Log in the reason for exchanging the item within 24 hours of delivery. Make sure to add your order number and the name of the items being exchanged, in the email.
  4. We will send you a return request form with the necessary details.
  5. Send the item back to us in its original packaging and seal intact.
  6. We will send your chosen replacement item in exchange to your address
  7. You will need to pay any applicable shipping charges for the re-shipment.
  8. We will send you a coupon of the same amount as your returning item.
  9. You will need to pay any applicable shipping charges for the re-shipment.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage or defects. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if you think a product in your shipment is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or +92 308 142277. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection. If, after having examined the product, we confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will provide you instructions for returning the damaged or defective product to us at our expense and issue a refund for the price you paid for the product to the original purchaser’s method of payment. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, but any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge.

CANCELLATION

If you want to cancel your placed order, let us know within 24 hours. Cancellation of orders depends on whether your order has been dispatched or not.
